Red Leaf Lettuce Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 bunches red leaf lettuce
    1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/3 c. cider vinegar
    1 c. salad oil
    1 Tbsp. poppy seed
    1 1/2 c. large cottage cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except lettuce, bacon and cottage cheese.
    Chill 2 hours or overnight.
    Tear lettuce.
    Pour on dressing and spread cottage cheese and bacon throughout.
