Sam'S Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar, packed
3 to 6 apples, peeled and sliced
2 tsp. soda
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. oil
1 c. coconut or 1 c. raisins
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Mix together well in a large bowl.
Pour into 12 cup tube pan, well-greased and floured.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Let sit in pan for 20 minutes, then remove.
