Maryland Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head iceberg lettuce, torn
    1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1 large purple onion, thinly sliced
    1 head cauliflower, broken up
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Layer in a large bowl:
    lettuce, bacon, onion, cauliflower, mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese.
    Cover and chill overnight.
    Toss before serving.
