Pumpkin Or Sweet Potato Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. soda
1/8 tsp. salt
3 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. mashed, cooked pumpkin or sweet potato

Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients together.
Combine sugar, oil, eggs and pumpkin or potatoes.
Add dry ingredients to mixture.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven in 1 pound coffee cans.
It will make 3 loaves.
