Easy Chicken And Rice Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 lb. whole cut-up chicken
1 can French onion soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 to 2 c. uncooked rice
1/2 to 3/4 can water
3/4 can milk
Preparation

Wash chicken pieces; set aside.
Place rice in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
(Spread evenly to cover bottom of pan.) Mix French onion soup with 1/2 can of water if using 1 1/2 cups rice.
Mix soup with 3/4 can of water if using 2 cups rice.
Pour evenly over rice.
Place chicken pieces on top of rice and onion soup.
Mix cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soups with 3/4 can of milk. Pour over chicken and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours, uncovered.
