Dough For Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. flour
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 envelope dry yeast, melt in 1 c. warm water
Preparation
    Make a well (circle
    with
    opening
    in center) with the flour. Add oil, water/yeast, salt and eggs in center of well. Add 1 cup warm
    water
    to
    center
    liquid
    ingredients.
    Start mixing flour into center ingredients by hand slowly.
    Mix with hands until you form
    a
    ball.
    Use
    additional
    flour
    if too sticky.
    Knead and form
    ball.
    Cover\twith
    blanket or towels and let stand until dough
    rises.
    Punch
    once\tand
    let
    rise again.
    Dough is ready to be deep fried for small pizzelles or can be spread into pizza pan
    and
    covered with your favorite toppings.
