Pork Chops For Four - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    sliced potatoes
    sliced or chopped onion
    green pepper
    mushrooms
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in olive oil in skillet, then take out.
    Saute sliced potatoes, onions, green peppers and mushrooms.
    Dissolve 2 chicken bouillon cubes in 2 cups of water and pour over vegetables. Put pork chops back in skillet with vegetables and simmer about 30 minutes until tender.
