Easy Mexican Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 oz. jar thick and chunky salsa
    2 c. raw rice
    16 oz. chicken broth
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Brown rice slightly in butter.
    Add broth and salsa and bring to boil.
    Reduce heat to simmer and cook 15 to 20 minutes, or until moisture is absorbed.
