Butternut Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. margarine, softened
    4 1/2 to 5 c. flour
    1 c. chopped nuts
    10 heaping Tbsp. confectioners sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all with hands and roll into small fingers; curve.
    Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    When cool, roll in powdered sugar (or shake in a bag).
