Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (4 or 5 lb.) chicken
12 oz. spaghetti
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. milk
1 small can mushroom pieces
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Place chicken in a large kettle and add about 2 quarts of cold water.
Bring to a boil, then reduce and simmer until chicken is tender.
Take chicken from broth; reserve the broth.
Cut chicken into small (bite-size) pieces and set aside.
Cook spaghetti in the reserved broth until tender; drain well.
Blend soup and milk in saucepan; add chicken and mushrooms.
Blend well and heat through.
Layer spaghetti, chicken mixture and Cheddar cheese in casserole dish, sprinkling each layer with salt and pepper.
Top with Parmesan cheese.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
