Diabetic Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 c. corn oil
2 eggs
3 large bananas, mashed
1 1/2 tsp. liquid sugar sweetener
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
4 Tbsp. buttermilk
1 c. pecans (optional)
Preparation

Mix flour and soda; add oil and sugar and mix.
Beat eggs; add with remaining ingredients.
Mix until well blended.
Bake in loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
Serve with cream cheese. Soften cheese and beat until smooth.
Spread on slices of cake.
