Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked squash (sliced or cubed), drained
    onion to taste
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1 stick oleo, melted
    1 small pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Melt
    the
    oleo and mix the crushed crackers and grated cheese into it.
    Season to taste.
    Mix the squash, eggs, onion and
    milk and add 1/2 the cracker mixture to it.
    Pour into a greased casserole and top with the remaining cracker mixture. Bake 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Serves 8.
