Apricot Pork Cutlets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 trimmed pork loin cutlets
1 Tbsp. margarine
4 tsp. Polaner All Fruit (apricot)
1/4 c. apricot brandy
4 sliced dried apricots (optional)
Preparation

Saute cutlets in hot margarine, two minutes each side;
do not overcook.
Just before done, spoon 1 teaspoon
preserves over each cutlet.
Let melt and run down into pan.
Remove cutlets to hot plate and keep warm.
Add apricot brandy and dried apricots to pan drippings.
Stir and reduce heat.
Pour sauce over cutlets and serve.
