Foolproof Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. shortening
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 egg beaten
1 tsp. vinegar
2 crusts
Preparation

Cut shortening into mixed flour and salt. Place egg in a 1 cup measuring cup. Add vinegar, finish filling cup with ice water. Mix good, then add to flour mixture. Place on floured surface and roll out.
