Miniature Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. flour, sifted
Swiss cheese
ham
3/4 c. half and half
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. dried onions
1 tsp. salt
3 dashes hot sauce
nutmeg

Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
