Peach Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    12 Ritz crackers
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. broken nuts
Preparation
    Crush crackers very fine.
    Mix with nuts and baking powder. Add vanilla to egg whites, beat to stiff foam.
    Combine dry mixture and egg mixture; mix well.
    Butter 9-inch Pyrex pie plate, spread crust in and up sides.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Let cool, put in refrigerator.
