Lemon Herb Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning salt
    1/2 tsp. dill weed
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Combine bread crumbs, lemon pepper seasoning and dill weed. Dip chicken breasts in beaten egg and then in seasoned bread crumbs.
    Pan-fry in 2 tablespoons oil 15 minutes or until browned.
