Lemon Gremolata Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
3/4 tsp. minced garlic
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. Dijon-style prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. sugar
Preparation

In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients until blended. Makes about 1/2 cup.
