Crabmeat Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white sauce
    2 c. fresh or canned crab
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. grated sharp cheese
    4 oz. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Prepare white sauce by melting 4 ounces butter with 2 tablespoons flour.
    Stir in 1 cup milk until thick and bubbly. Add crab meat and stir to blend.
    Pour into a buttered casserole dish.
    Top with bread crumbs and cheese.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until slightly browned.
