Coffee Can Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    2 c. or 1 can pumpkin
    1 c. oil
    1 c. water
    1 c. raisins (optional)
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 tsp. each: nutmeg, cloves, allspice and cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients.
    Mix all liquids.
    Stir until smooth. Grease and flour four 1-pound coffee cans.
    Fill half full; bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
