Sunday Chicken And Rice Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 onion soup mix envelope
    1 c. long grain rice
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) broiler, cut up or 8 to 9 cut up chicken breasts
    1 c. milk
    3 oz. chopped mushrooms
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots
    paprika
Preparation
    In a bowl, stir together soup, milk and onion soup mix. Reserve 1 cup of soup mix for later. Stir in uncooked rice and vegetables. Turn rice mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Arrange chicken on top.
    Pour reserved soup and onion soup mix over chicken and sprinkle with paprika.
    Cover with foil and bake at 355\u00b0 for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours until rice is tender.
