Pineapple Upside-Down Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine or butter
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 pkg. carrot cake mix
Preparation
    Melt margarine in pan.
    Sprinkle brown sugar.
    Put pineapple over sugar.
    Prepare cake mix as on box.
    Pour over sugar-pineapple mixture.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes in oven at 350\u00b0. Let cool 10 minutes.
