Give-Away Cookie Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. white sugar
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
3 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
6 c. rolled oats
1 box raisins

Preparation

This recipe is a dry cookie mix that you can give away as a gift.
Mix all of the above dry ingredients and divide into small plastic bags, about 2 cups of mix to a bag (Ziploc bags work best). Write the following instructions to go with each bag of dry mix:
