Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    2 c. carrots, grated
    2 c. nuts, chopped
    1 (7 oz.) bag coconut
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cream sugar, oil and eggs.
    Add all dry ingredients.
    Then add carrots, pineapple and rest of ingredients.
    Pour into 3 cake pans (or make 2 loaves).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour for loaves or for 45 minutes for pans.
    Check for doneness.
