Pineapple Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple tidbits (undrained)
3 c. finely shredded cabbage
1 1/2 c. unpeeled chopped Red Delicious apple
1/2 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Drain pineapple, reserving 3 tablespoons juice.
Combine pineapple and next 3 ingredients in a large bowl.
Add dressing quickly after cutting apple so the apple will not darken.
Combine reserved juice and mayonnaise; add to cabbage mixture, tossing gently.
Cover and chill.
