Lenten Orange Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2/3 c. Mazola oil
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. orange juice
    grated rind of 1 orange
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. lite golden raisins
    1/2 c. nuts
    powdered sugar and cinnamon
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon twice.
    In bowl, combine oil, sugar, orange juice and grated rind of orange. Slowly add flour mixture.
    Then add raisins and nuts.
    Place in greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Watch carefully after 30 minutes.
    When cool, sift top of cake with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
