Rhubarb Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. sugar, divided
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 c. finely diced rhubarb
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix together the margarine, 1 1/2 cups sugar, egg, vanilla and milk with electric mixer.
    Add flour, soda and rhubarb.
    Pour batter into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle top of batter with mixture of 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
