Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, separated
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Mix sugar and flour.
    Add butter (melted) and small amount of buttermilk; then add beaten egg yolks.
    Add remainder of buttermilk and lemon extract; add lightly beaten egg whites.
    Pour into crust and bake like custard pie.
