Microwave Taco Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. sour cream
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    8 oz. jar hot taco sauce
    6 small corn tortilla shells, cut into wedges
    1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    Cook ground beef and onion 6 minutes per pound on High in Tupperware colander in microwave.
    Mix taco sauce with meat.
    Stir in tortilla shells.
    Layer in 1 3/4-quart Tupperware casserole, ground beef mixture, sour cream and cheeses and then add another layer of each in same order.
    Microwave for nine minutes at 70% power with cover vented, turning 2 to 3 times during cooking.
