Elaine'S Spinach Souffle(Brunch) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    7 eggs
    1 pt. cottage cheese
    1/3 lb. Feta cheese, crumbled
    1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
    1 c. Colby or Cheddar cheese, cubed
    1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Mix altogether and pour into 7 x 11-inch baking dish. Sprinkle top with nutmeg.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
