Cuban Black Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. dried black beans, washed
    1 large onion, chopped
    5 large garlic cloves, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. salt
    2 bay leaves
    1/2 c. bell pepper, cubed
    2 Tbsp. Cuban cooking wine (\"Ed Mundo\" dry cooking wine)
Preparation
    Use slow cooker on low, all day, for best results.
