Stewed Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. tomatoes
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. green pepper, diced
1 Tbsp. hot sauce
3/4 c. sugar or to taste
pinch of salt
Preparation

Peel and cut tomatoes.
Add celery, pepper, hot sauce, sugar and salt.
Cook until celery and pepper are tender.
