Microwave Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bacon (9 to 12 slices), diced and fried
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 c. evaporated milk
    4 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Put the first 3 ingredients in a 9-inch Pyrex pie pan.
    Beat eggs and evaporated milk until well blended.
    Add seasonings. Pour over first mixture in pie pan.
    Bake for 9 1/2 to 11 minutes on Medium-high with 80% power.
    Cover with wax paper; let stand 5 minutes.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
