Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 beaten eggs
    juice of 1 lemon
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
    Place\tin
    unbaked pie shell and cook at 400\u00b0 to 425\u00b0 until filling is set.
