Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices white bread, cut into small cubes and crust removed
    1 lb. lump crabmeat
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    1 egg
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Combine egg, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, lemon juice, mayonnaise, melted butter, salt and pepper. Add bread cubes.
    Gently mix in crabmeat; try to avoid breaking the lumps.
    Form into patties and place on a cookie sheet.
    Bake until golden brown.
