Drunken Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. water
    1 (12 oz.) can beer
    1 large onion, grated
    garlic powder
    1 (14 oz.) bottle ketchup
Preparation
    Combine meat and seasonings.
    Form into bite size meatballs. Heat water, ketchup and beer in a large saucepan; carefully drop meatballs into liquid.
    Simmer for 1 hour.
    Serve in sauce in chafing dish.
    Yields 50 to 55 meatballs.
