100% Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. warm water
    2 Tbsp. dry yeast
    1 c. milk, scalded
    1/3 c. honey
    1/4 c. oil
    2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    5 1/2 to 6 c. whole wheat flour
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add milk, honey, oil, salt and eggs.
    Stir in 2 1/2 cups flour.
    Beat 100 strokes by hand or 3 to 4 minutes with electric mixer.
    Cover bowl; let sponge rise until double.
    Mix in remaining flour, 1 cup at a time; knead thoroughly for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Oil both; let rise 4 times (every 20 minutes, punch it).
    Shape into loaves.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
