Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 c. uncooked rice
    3 c. cold water
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 tsp. Cajun seasoning
    1 tsp. Lipton onion soup
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 cut up chicken
    salt
    pepper
    sage
    poultry seasoning
Preparation
    Grease roaster or heavy skillet.
    Combine and put in roaster the first 7 ingredients in the order given.
    Season the chicken with salt, pepper, sage and poultry seasoning.
    Dip each piece in bag with seasoning.
    Lay each piece of chicken on top of rice mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, covered.
    Add water at this time if the cooked dish is getting too dry to continue cooking for another 30 to 40 minutes, uncovered.
