St. Paul Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. chicken noodle soup mix
    4 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. rice
    1 bell pepper, finely chopped
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1 stalk celery, finely chopped
    1/2 c. sliced almonds
    1 lb. pork sausage, browned and drained
Preparation
    Combine soup mix, water and rice; cook for 7 minutes.
    Add bell pepper, onion, celery, almonds and drained sausage meat.
    Mix well and place into baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
