Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
3 Tbsp. minced onion
1 or 2 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

In large bowl, combine all ingredients.
Shape into small meatballs.
Place on jelly roll pan or cookie sheet with sides. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until evenly brown.
(This is easier than frying.)
Drain on paper towels.
