Noodles Romanoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. linguica, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
    1/4 c. minced onion
    4 c. cooked noodles
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown linguica, drain fat.
    Add remaining ingredients except half the cheese.
    Mix well.
    Turn into a 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
