Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans cream-style corn
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 Tbsp. oleo
1 small onion, chopped
Preparation

Beat eggs and oleo together.
Mix with other ingredients and pour into a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
