Cabbage Rolls With Venison - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground deer
12 large cabbage leaves
1/2 c. shredded onion
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
3 c. tomato juice
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Brown meat and onion in butter.
Mix with rice and seasoning. Blanch leaves in boiling water.
Place meat mixture in center of leaves.
Fold over and secure with toothpick.
Place in greased dish and cover with tomato juice.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
