Strawberry-Rhubarb Freezer Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    4 c. rhubarb, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
    4 c. sugar
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
Preparation
    Combine pineapple, rhubarb and sugar in saucepan.
    Cook 15 minutes.
    Add Jell-O and stir until dissolved.
    Pour into 3 pint jars or plastic containers and freeze.
