Chicken 'N Chilies Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen loose packed hash brown potatoes
1 c. light cream
1 c. (4 oz.) chopped chicken
2 1/2 c. cubed, cooked green chilies
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 c. (10 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
Preparation

In a large bowl combine sour cream, light cream, onion, chilies, salt and pepper; stir in potatoes, chicken and 2 cups of the cheese.
Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese before serving.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
Also, cooked turkey and ham can be substituted for the chicken.
