Hot Cranberry Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 c. water
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 (1 lb.) cans jellied cranberry sauce
    4 c. water
    4 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
    butter
    cinnamon sticks
Preparation
    Mix together in a large saucepan the brown sugar, 1 cup water, cinnamon, allspice, cloves, salt and nutmeg.
    Cook until boiling is reached.
    Add cranberry sauce; beat until smooth.
    Add the water and pineapple juice.
    Dot with butter.
    Serve with cinnamon sticks.
