Stay In Bed Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. stew beef
    1 can tomato soup (no water added)
    1 pkg. frozen peas
    4 to 5 potatoes, cubed
    2 small onions, chopped
    4 to 5 cut up carrots
    1 bay leaf
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place all ingredients into large casserole (9 x 13-inch) dish. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 5 hours at 275\u00b0.
    Serves 4 to 5.
