Bacon-Potato Frittata - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. sliced bacon
2 medium potatoes, sliced
4 eggs
2 medium green onions, chopped
3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. oregano leaves
Preparation

In a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until browned.
Remove to paper towels to drain.
Crumble bacon and set aside.
Pour off all but 3 tablespoons bacon drippings from skillet.
Heat drippings until hot.
Add potatoes.
Cover skillet and cook until tender and lightly browned on both sides, turning potatoes occasionally, about 15 minutes.
