Gingerbread People - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter
3/4 c. firmly packed dark brown sugar
1/4 c. honey
2 large eggs
Preparation

Stir first six ingredients into a medium bowl.
Using an electric beater, beat butter, sugar and honey in a large bowl until fluffy.
Beat in egg yolks.
Add dry ingredients. Combine. Gather dough into ball. Divide into three pieces, flattening each into circles.
Wrap in plastic and chill until firm (3 hours).
