Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 potatoes, peeled and boiled
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/4 stick butter
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    For the dressing, boil above ingredients (except the potatoes) in a saucepan.
    Cook 10 potatoes.
    Cut warm potatoes through a coarse grater.
    While potatoes are still warm, mix in hot dressing.
    When salad is cold, add chopped celery, onion and boiled eggs.
